The Fintech Team of CSB Group has successfully completed the Virtual Financial Assets (VFA) course, qualifying the Group to submit its application to become an approved VFA Agent under the VFA Act and as authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
The VFA Act identifies the need to have an intermediary between the prospective VFA issuer and the respective authority. Our Fintech Team, through this certification will not only be able to show its suitability and eligibility to cover the VFA Agent’s role but also to professionally assist and support the issuer throughout the whole process involved in getting a licence.
Besides performing Financial Instrument Tests and ensuring the issuer has a robust business plan, our Fintech team will be able to offer guidance on the information and disclosures required to be included in the White Paper before such are submitted to the MFSA for approval.
