About Lara

Lara joined CSB Group in July 2022 as a Marketing Executive. In September 2024, she was promoted to Manager - Marketing. 

From concept creation to execution and analysis, she is responsible for the Group's overall marketing initiatives. She manages the brand's digital campaigns and marketing channels and also ensures targeted and effective messaging across all platforms.

Education

Lara holds a Bachelor's Degree in English (Hons.) with Communications awarded by the University of Malta. She has also successfully obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and a Master of Science in Marketing Management awarded by the University of Chester.

Experience

Prior to joining CSB Group, Lara started her career as a marketing professional in one of the leading international real estate agencies. Following this experience, she also formed part of the Brand and Communications team in one of the 'big four' accounting firms within the financial services sector.
